about

'Do droids dream of plastic people?'

This EP features two tracks; a pair of complementary modern dance music DJ mixes, as it were. The first one "Do droids dream?" is a chilltempo/chill out track with three different themes and the second: "Plastic people" is a dance track that also has three themes.
The title is of course a play on the famous sci-fi novel "Do androids dream of electric sheep?" by Philip K. Dick.

I made them for an interactive exposition on AI and chat bots in a local museum, and the idea was to make something in the realm of modern dance.

I wonder whether if AI would truly be intelligent and something like a "soul" should form in the machine, will it dream of humans? What it might think its "dream version" of a human would be?

Does the computer become more human, or do we become more....plastic?
